  • CONFERENCE DINNER

    The price is in Euros, VAT included (10% French VAT).

    The conference dinner will take place at Bouillon Baratte, a traditional Lyonnais-style brasserie, on the evening of July 9. The venue is located in the city center and is easily accessible from the congress site.

    This evening will offer participants the opportunity to gather in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, enjoy an authentic taste of Lyon’s culinary heritage, and experience the city’s vibrant local culture. The event will provide a pleasant and convivial setting to connect with fellow attendees and bring the congress to a close.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY


    Delegates who find themselves unable to attend 3rd EQuiP Congress after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by email to equip2026@inviteo.fr.
     
    • Cancellations until 1st June 2026 included: 50€ for administrative costs
    • Cancellations from 2nd to 30th June 2026 included: 50% penalty
    • Cancellations from 1st July 2026: no refund - 100% penalty
