Gala diner information

Please upload your presentation to the computers provided in the rooms before your session begins (within 15 minutes prior to the start of the session).
A staff member will be in the room to help you transfer your presentation from your USB drive to the room’s PC.

- Posters may be displayed on the grids in the central courtyard (see maps p. 10) starting at the end of the lunch break on July 8. They may remain on the grids for the second session and will be put back in place by our staff. Please remember to retrieve your poster at the end of the second session.
- Grids and fixings will be provided to attach your poster.
- Posters must adhere to the following format: portrait orientation and A0 size (841 x 1889 mm). Printed on paper or fabric.
- A prize for the « best poster » will be awarded at the end by a small group from the EQuiP Executive Committee. This will be a symbolic (non-monetary) prize recognising a poster that is particularly illustrative, relevant and in line with the main objectives of the conference.

We strongly recommend that you connect to the Wi-Fi via eduoram. If that is not possible, you can connect via Invite-Lyon2. You will need to provide some information (last name, first name, email) to receive login credentials valid for 12 hours (instructions available at reception desk).

Our team of volunteers, who are on hand to help you, can be recognised by their orange lanyards.

Just a little something to get in touch:
In your welcome bag, you will find a red ticket with a number on it.
One or two other participants got the same number. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find them amongst all the participants before you leave the congress.
If you manage to do this, you will offer the other person a small, free gift - a few lines of a song… a reference you cherish… feel free to be creative and enjoy!
